Baptism at MCC

Water baptism is a visual and symbolic portrayal of a person’s union with Christ in His death and resurrection. It signifies the old way of life that has been put to death and it demonstrates the new found freedom from chains of sin and death.

We believe that water baptism is intended for believers who have already placed their faith in Jesus. At MCC, we practice baptism by immersion.

If you have not experienced believer's baptism we invite you to sign up to be a part of this special demonstration of your faith.

Gospel Enneagram Conference

The Enneagram is an ancient personality map, a helpful guide on our journey toward self-awareness. Based on 9 archetypal styles, the Enneagram helps reveal people's basic core motivations. In addition to being a personality tool, the Enneagram works as a spiritual tool as well, exposing our sin and revealing a personal pathway to repentance.

MCC is honored to host the Gospel Enneagram Conference which roots the Enneagram in the truth of the gospel so that you can experience freedom in Christ. Everyone is welcome!

The conference will be facilitated by John Fooshee, founder of the Gospel Pathway and President of People Launching, a ministry that boosts character and leadership to launch redemptive causes. He has started two businesses and two churches. He has coached over a hundred leaders, business leaders and people in a career transition. He has been married to Lindsay for 23 years and has four children. He resides in Raleigh, NC.

Citizen Magazine Pre-Order

Citizen Magazine Pre-Order

We are excited to announce our third issue of Citizen Magazine: Paradox.

Citizen is a collaborative project that unites the Arts and artists in the church and provides an outlet for a part of the body that has struggled to find their place. In this magazine you will find film and digital photography, design, paintings, poetry, writing, and more.

We hope that you will use this for devotional time, as a talking point with guests in your home, and just simply to enjoy the creativity that God designed and placed in His people.

We named the magazine Citizen because it is our desire to speak to our identity as Kingdom Citizens living in a world that projects the opposite of what that means on to us.

Mother's Focus Group: Mom Enough

This group seeks to be rooted in both Biblical motherhood and Kingdom pursuit as we raise up world changers! We will be reading excerpts from Mom Enough: The Fearless Mother’s Heart and Hope, which is a compilation of essays written by moms who are learning how to treasure God and depend on His all sufficient grace while “in the trenches” of mothering young children. Our goal is to build each other up and encourage one another to seek Holy Spirit even in the mundane and to celebrate and respect the different gifts and styles of mothering as we move toward a common goal: to raise children that know God and worship Him.

Fridays @ MCC Special Event: Bright Ones Screening

Exciting news!!! We have the opportunity to host a screening of Bright Ones as part of our monthly Fridays at MCC Worship Night!! We are excited about the film because it aligns with our heart and passion to see kids step into their identity as true worshippers and world changers. The film debuted for one night only on April 22nd in movie theaters and we have the privilege of offering another opportunity to those who missed it (or those who desire to experience it again!)

For those of you not familiar with the film here is a soundbite:

From the creative minds of award-winning Bethel Music, comes this high energy and heartfelt story by writer/directors Fred Vassallo and David Norona, that combines incredible dance with powerful songs to reveal even kids can change the world, when they find their voice and tell their story.

Click here to watch the film's trailer.

This is a unique Friday night in that it will be open to the public. We would love to see people from all over the city join us so invite your neighbors, friends, and family! We will have our usual coffee bar, complete with hot chocolate for the kiddos. We'll also be providing popcorn as a sweet treat. Please feel free to bring other snacks for your crew to enjoy during the film!
We want this to be a fun environment, one where kids and adults feel freedom and joy. Come and experience the truth that with God, we are WORLD CHANGERS!!

Click here to reserve tickets. We encourage you to invite people and reserve tickets now since this event is open to the public and ticket sales can go quickly. Again, we would love for this to be an opportunity to bless others in our city so help us spread the news through word of mouth and social media!
